Hi, we are Jon and Andrea.

We founded Augment to help business owners meet their financial and personal goals. Whether the goals are to maximise profits, improve cash flow or simply have more free time, Augment can make it happen.

Running a successful business is often stressful and the reward for all that stress is sometimes underwhelming. Our exclusive Augment Programme was born from the desire to foster a business that thrives financially but also delivers personal fulfilment.

We work differently from conventional accountancy firms that are geared towards offering compliance services. We are not here simply to ensure your bookkeeping, accounts and tax returns are done correctly and on time. That's a given and honestly any competent accountant can do this. We are here to energise, optimise and augment your business.

A little more about us

Jon graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a first class degree in Accounting and Finance before joining PwC where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Jon left PwC to work for a small accountancy practice for over 7 years, progressing to Director in 2021 before leaving to join Augment.

Andrea's career in accountancy began after graduating with a degree in Business from Lancaster University when she secured a graduate role at PwC. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC before working for several years at a listed property investment company. Since then she has worked within a small accountancy practice gaining valuable experience assisting a variety of clients.

We are parents to 2 energetic boys, a pony and 2 cats. We feel lucky to call the Isle of Man our home, where we are never far away from a beach, peaceful glen or stunning nature walk to enjoy with our family - and Jon is never far from a golf course.
